The Hotel Bon Port has self-catering cottages--www.bonport.com
If they can't meet your needs (none are large) I recommend booking your group in for lunch on a sunny day, the views and grounds are spectacular.
Also try www.visitguernsey.com for a list of self-catering on the island.

Herm is a small and beautiful island 3 miles from Guernsey, and it has some good self catering options. I loved visiting this place when I worked on Guernsey. I doubt that you will find one property large enough, but you could book 2 adjacent properties. See:
