Freising or Erding?
I found 2 nice Hotels for one night before we fly from Munich to Prague.
Hotel Erdinger Weissebraue in Erding
Hotel Bayerischer in Freising
I'm wondering if either town is nicer?

No experience with Erding but we really like Freising. We stay at the Hotel Bayerischer Hof, which has been nicely remodeled in the last few years. Very good selection at breakfast. For a typical gasthaus experience with good food try the Weißbräu Huber, which is about 3-4 short blocks from the Bayerischer Hof.

In addition to the Domberg, the town itself is a very pleasant walk-about, with criss-crossing water ways. There are several decent cafes in town for a leisurely stop.
There is a regular public shuttle bus from the train station to the airport or taxi fare is 25-30 euros.
I know that other folks Erding as well; so, you can not go wrong. Gary

Thanks, I ended up booking at Hotel Erdinger Weissebraue in Erding.
There will be 6 of us, so we will have a small van. When I asked both Hotels about parking, Hotel Bayerischer just gave me measurements for what size vehicle was allowed on the "elevator" to the parking.
Hotel Erdinger Weissebraue said they would reserve a space behind the Hotel for us.
Sealed the deal, as both looked nice!
