Europcar confirmation
I'm getting a little nervous with the fact that I booked our car on Feb.2 and haven't received a confirmation from Europcar as of yet. All of our other bookings for our trip have been confirmed very quickly, ususally the same day. Anyone have the same experience? I emailed the company directly asking about it on Feb.4 and haven't heard back. Should I be nervous about having given my credit card information? The charges haven't come off as far as I can tell when I check online. I might try calling their toll-free number today.

To understand - you booked online at the Europcar site but did not yet receive an email confirming? Did you make a note of the booking reference number when you completed your transaction (I always print this off in case there's a delay in the email). If you do have a ref number, have you tried accessing your booking details direct on the Europcar website? If it's there, then you have nothing to worry about. Otherwise, do call them to check what's happened.

If you don't have a confirmation, then that means it didn't go through. I am assuming they have email confirmation that is automated, most websites like that do nowadays. I've had that happen several times (not from Europcar), and if you don't get a confirmation, they don't have a reservation, it just didn't take.
