Driver/Guide needed in Le Havre

We are wanting to see Honfleur and Rouen and also some small villages. We will have about 8 hours from the Port at Le Havre.
Have any of you used a guide for this area? Any suggestions?
Thanks!

We rented a car from this company when our cruise ship pulled into Le Havre:

http://rentacar-europe.com/

We had plenty of time to tour on our own. We went to Fecamp (Benedictine Monestery where they make the B&B) and had lunch in Etretat (resort fishing village), then drive down and toured Honfleur.

If you do your own research on the area, I would think you could do it on your own.

P.S. The rental car was about $35.00.

Most of the major car-rental agencies can provide you with a driver as well as a car.

Thanks for the suggestions. Now to see if I can get my husband to drive! Also a good idea about checking for a driver at the car-rental place.

I would push for your husband to drive. The rental car dealer that we got was a new car dealership. I don't think they would have drivers.

We got a great map when we rented, and we had no problems driving to/from where we wanted to go.

Budman,
If you're still reading posts (I hope!) I wanted to let you know that I got in touch with the link that you provided but they now have a 3 day minimum.

This is a hard port to get info! I have found a taxi tour thing, It looks interesting - has 10 different tours, but I've emailed them for a couple of months now and never had a reply.

Any other ideas? Any one else have some experiences in this area?

There will be 4 of us - open for suggestions.

Carol
