Chianciano Terme to Chiusi Train Station
My Wife and I will be staying in Chianciano Terme in Italy in early September. I understand that the nearest rail station is in Chiusi. Does anyone know if this is very far from Chianciano Terme? Thanks

There is frequent bus service between Chianciano Terme (three bus stops) and the Chiusi train station:

I took a bus from in front of the Chiusi-Chianciano train station to the famous spa town - Chianciano Terme - recently - buy your tickets inside the station from the newsstand as i believe they are not sold on the bus and you probably have to cancel the tickets yourself when boarding or maybe the driver will - yup a short uphill bus ride.
BTW if you are under 85 you are not allowed in Chianciano Terme! Or so it seemed when we walked around the large thermal bathing park.
