Barcelona literary tours or spots

I am looking for something specific and I hope my fellow literary lovers will read this and have some suggestions. Has anyone found any literary tours?

I will be curious about the results of this posting. Not many Catalan writers have been translated into English. Are you talking about Orwell's Homage to Catalonia? Or Robert Hughes' Barcelona?

I am just as curious...that is why I posted it. I have not read any Catalan writers (that I can remember. I thought it might be interesting to get that perspective.

You can check out this http://bcnshop.barcelonaturisme.com/...barcelona.html
They give literary tours starting from 14 euros. They have 2 trails. One is the " shadow of the wind" and the other "cathedral of the sea"

You have of course Carlos Ruiz Zafon and his quite fascinating 20th century Barcelona trilogy: http://www.carlosruizzafon.co.uk/shadow-wind-walk/

A walk through medieval Barcelona and the bestseller Cathedral of the sea. http://www.getyourguide.com/barcelon...quarter-t2539/

... and of course emblematic Barcelona restaurant 7 Portes from 1836. Federico Garcia Lorca - the greatest Spanish poet of the 20th Century - recited his Romanceros Gitanos in public here for the first time in 1927.

Lots of other Barcelona history in the walls here. The greatest flamenco dancer of all times, Carmen Amaya from the close by Somorrostro district (Barceloneta), used to perform here as a young girl together with her father, 7 Portes was one of Picasso's favourite places in Barcelona etc etc. http://www.7portes.com/angles/

A great Barcelona event when the restaurant celebrated its 175th anniversary in 2011: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ujDIsGzDO38

I never leave Barcelona without having had the fabulous Arroz caldo here and giving a nod to Lorca and Amaya: http://www.foodspotting.com/places/1...73-arroz-caldo
