Barcelona hotel to airport - best way for early morning flight?

Barcelona hotel to airport - best way for early morning flight?
I am staying at U232 hotel, Comte d’Urgell, 232 - 08036 - Barcelona.
I have an early morning flight to board, timed 6:50 am.
Except taking a direct cab and spending 30-odd euros, is there any other way? I'm assuming I should be at the airport by 4:50 am. So if I need to leave by 3:30 / 4 am, metro won't work.
Any reasonable shuttle bus which picks up from the hotel? I'd be going to the airport solo else cab would have been convenient.
Pls let me know if you're aware of safe, reasonable and reliable options.

Rubicund, that seems like what I'd have to do.
Was checking out the Internet. There seems to be some night bus to the airport run by MOHN that starts from plaza catalunya. Any idea about that?
