Anyone used Rive Gauche Rive Droit, or worked with William Royer?

Wondered if anyone had worked with this company. Planning a last minute trip to Paris(2nd week of July - I know, I know : ( and I've narrowed down my choices and his is one of the better units. Appreciate any feedback!

Best!

Another expat renting apartments in Paris? This is why we tend to use Paris Perfect.

Just checking to see if you ended up renting an apartment from Rive Gauche Rive Droit, and how it worked out. We are also considering it, but there are scathing reviews on TA and I'm having a hard time sorting out which are accurate.

Thanks!!!

Not sure I understand Robert's point, there are lots of different kinds of people renting apts in Paris, some French, some expats and some don't even live there. As far as I know, at least one of the owners of Paris Perfect is also an expat, so I'm not sure if he is saying you should only rent from expats or what, but I wouldn't base rentals on that myself.

In any case, haven't heard of this company but that can't be its name as it isn't spelled correctly in French. I hope is it Droite. The owner's name sounds French to me, as does the website in French (and the English translation), so I don't think he's an expat (Adrien Clayeux). He is a member of the French assn of real estate property agents and managers (SNPI) also.

IN any case, there are tons of vacation apts for rent in Paris, if there are a lot of recent negative comments, I'd probably look elsewhere, it's just too risky, but I see some reviews are fine. You could also check slowtrav, they have apt reviews on there, also.
