European River Cruise Lines

We want to go on a cruise from Amsterdam to Budapest. Can anyone tell us about the cruise lines. Do you have any recommendations as to which one is the best.

with the class of the ships they all operate, I guess the level of service is similar on Uniworld, Viking and Ama. My opinion - simply compare their prices - you'll find luxury amenities and perfect cabins on each one of these 3 lines. I recently found this place which has all Ama Waterways ships and shows their cruise schedules (also on European rivers) so you can compare their Amsterdam to Budapest cruise prices (see this link http://www.cruiseshipschedule.com/

We run an independent blog and information site on River Cruises in Europe and have heard very good things recently about AMA Waterways which operates cruises on this itinerary. More on AMA on our site here: http://www.rivercruiseseurope.co.uk/...terways-1.html

If you want the very best in European River Cruising then you need to check out Tauck. As an addition I would also add that in my opinion Scenic Tours are also better than those mentioned above.
