BEST SPOT ON THE SHIP

Which deck is best to avoid seasickness. Traveling with children and 1 person who is suseptible to motion sickness. Thinking of outside cabin on deck 8 (front of the ship).
Any ideas?
Thanks

They say the best is low deck number, inside midships.

It was always my understanding that the center of the ship is the place with the least movement. Center meaning back to front and top to bottom, i.e, the center of a mid-level deck. Obviously an outside cabin, and a balcony option wouldn't hurt. Have found that Bonine works for us regarding motion sickness.

I certainly would not go to the front of the ship! go low,go middle. The front has a lot of up 'n down motion as does the stern but not the middle (center of gravity and all that).

I have a bad problem with motion sickness. We booked our room low down fourth level up from the bottom and the center of the ship (less rocking). I also took Bonine and was fine for the whole cruise.

The best spot is inside the ship. If you happen to be on the outside, it gets very wet. You may have to take your scuba gear in order to survive. I have often found that inside, you will be offered food and beverages. You will also be able to enjoy the ship's entertainment. On the other hand, on the outside of the ship, you can experience sea life up front/

I like inside. Outside is usually cold and damp.
