Nicest All inclusive??

My husband and I (in our 30's)really aren't interested in All Inclusive's but we only have 5 days and are beginning to think we don't want to spend the whole vacation making decisions about activities and restaurants. We just want to sleep and read books on the beach. We are wondering what the nicest, quietest, classiest, least crazy, AI is in either Aruba, Dominican Republic or the Bahamas. Or somewhere easy to get to from Boston. Is there such a thing? I feel as though once I find one I then come across something aweful about it. Whether it be the rooms, service, food...etc. It doesn't need to be extremely fancy just lovely, and clean. We enjoy good food and nice accommodations. Something right on the beach, not a ton of people everywhere with clear water.
Sorry to be so blunt but we want to make a decision soon! Your help is much appreciated.
Thank you so much!

After re-reading my post I realized that "nicest AI" is really a matter of personal opinion. Nicest to one doesn't mean nicest to another. I hope I was specific enough in my description with what we consider nice for us.
Sorry!
Thank you!

in bahamas you might look at cape santa maria beach resort on long island or one & only resort (paradise island) but it's pricey.

agree swept away on jamiaca is very nice.

another island you might like is provo in turks & caicos. the only ai's are club med - too crazy for you and beaches is for kids. however numerous very nice resorts in various price ranges on gorgeous, perfect for reading grace bay beach. there are so many excellent dining options you won't have any trouble finding great food. it's a small island and very easy to get around.
also look at the meridian club on pine cay and parrot cay resort on parrot cay , both very laid back and as you're only there for 5 days i don't think you'd get tired of the single dining option.
