Help! Last minute trip...need suggestions for luxury resort with older teenagers
We have an opportunity to take a last minute 5 day trip with our 15 and 19 yr. teenagers. We are looking for great beach, beautiful water, and pool with lots of water activites.
Snorkling is a must!
My husband and I prefer smaller boutique type hotels, but I think the kids would be happier at a larger resort, but not too big.
What about Peter Island or Jumby Bay. Maybe too stuffy??? We've taken them to St. John and Bahamas..Any other suggestions?

Peter Island would be excellent. Lots for teens to do... and the staff is some of the friendliest you'll ever meet.
There's several reviews about Peter Island at www.scubamom.com/bvi/ - even one about a family visit.

We didn't end up going when I posted this last time, but are trying to go somewhere for Spring Break, mid-March.
We probably have waited too late, unless I luck into a last minute deal.
Anyway, I'd appreciate any other vacation suggestions.

We took our then 15 and 18 year old boys to Almond Beach Village in Barbados. The 18 year old didn't want to go but ended up having a great time. I was very surprised at the number of teens that were there. There was a night club on the property and my husband and I went one evening to check it out because that's where our boys were every evening after dinner.I don't think there was anyone under 24 there. There were plenty of watersports during the day and it was all-inclusive so the boys could do whatever and eat anywhere on their own with their new friends.
