Best All-inclusive in the Bahamas?

I am not an "al" person in general but I am posting for my friend again who would like an al for the conveneince. Can anyone recommend a couple of nice one in the Bahamas?

T&C is an option for them as well but I have heard bad things about both club Med and Beaches.

Thanks!

We are a married couple that love A/I resorts. We have stayed at Breezes on Cable Beach in Nassau 3 times and always enjoyed our stay. Last year we went to Beaches in T&C and loved it. We already have our May 2005 trip to Beaches T&C booked.

Hi, Kristen. Don't know anything about AI options in Bahamas, but I wanted to see how things are going for you and when you might be planning a Caribbean vacation for 3?

Maybe something like Pink Sands or Dunmore for a more upscale feel that provides 3 meals a day in the rates without being an AI per se?

LUVvacation ~

Thanks. One of teh main complaints I have heard about beaches in T&C is that there are A LOT of kids. That is fine if it is a family vacation but...

Did you find this to be the case? And how was the food?

Thanks

I'm so happy to hear it! I hope you'll keep us posted when your little one arrives in a few months.

Just got back last week from short trip to Jamaica (trip report called Mar Blue, Treasure Beach posted here). I've got two more short trips this year. One with my mother for her 70th birthday and another with husband's granddaughter for her 13th birthday. Every time I think I've made the decision, more factors come into play. Right now leaning towards Long Bay on Antigua for Mom and someplace in BVI with granddaughter. Hope you have fun planning your first family trip!
