beaches

Of the following beaches can someone pick a few of the best: Grand Anse in Grenada, Grace Bay in T and C St. Jean on St. Barths, Pink Beach in Barbuda and Anse Chastinet in St. Lucia. My goal is to find a beach as lovely as Maundays Bay at Cap Juluca, Anguilla

I've been lucky to experience all but Barbuda. The closest to Maundays Bay (might even beat it in some respects) is Grace Bay in T&C. In general, the flat coral based islands (such as Anguilla, T&C, Barbuda, some Out Islands in Bahamas) have the blinding white sands with neon turquoise waters. Grand Anse doesn't have that turquoise, nor does St. Lucia or St. Barth. The water is turquoise by the shore, but it deapens to a dark blue quickly. Being hilly also, the water sometimes isn't as crystal clear. (I have seen the waters clear-just not in comparrison to Anguilla, T&C, etc.) What the other choices have is overall scenery with the hills and vistas.

Thank you so much blamona. It is this very aqua beautiful water that I am looking for. I was so smitten with the water at Cap Juluca that I could barely leave to go to restaurants at night. Thus didn't see much of the rest of the island. So having said that, is there a resort in Providenciales that you would reccommend?

Well I have been to antigua and the beaches there are completely picture perfect. St lucia's beaches are not quite the like most typical carribean beaches the water is not a clear and blue, but the rain forest is beautiful if you can stomach the windy roads to get there. grenada is somewhat like st lucia if that helps.

I know this one is not listed in your choices but if you are looking for perfection look into Cape Santa Maria beach on Long Island in the bahamas. We've been to Anguilla, Turks, and several bahama out islands and the beach at the Cape was likely the best we've seen so far.
