Vietnam : Mekong delta photos
Not really a trip report but more of a photo essay of one of my trips to the Mekong delta. I anxiously await the next opportunity to return there.

Great pictures. One of the most memorable experiences of my life down the Mekong to visit a Vietnamese friend's Mother for lunch. Got out of the boat to walk about a mile to the house. I can really appreciate these pictures. Thanks for sharing.

Oh, I loved going down the Mekong. We sat on the roof of the boat in the sunshine and just watched the world go by. In fact, I just used some of my pix of this trip for a class today and was blissing out thinking about that ride. Your picture of "Uncle Ho" in Can Tho made me smile; when I was there he was just being put up and was even shinier. I'm afraid my title on this one is a bit irreverent: http://travel.webshots.com/photo/274...53546425HoBeda
