I can think of two places that have the everyday kind of blinds and probably some wooden ones as well.

Index and Home Pro are good places to look, but a lot of their stuff is imported, so you might end up paying more for it than you would at home.
If you're here over a weekend, I'd take a look around the 'new' section of Chatuchak - the area closest to JJ Mall. You might find something around there, but a lot of this stuff is made to order. How long you here for?
