When you ask about a tour company, are you asking for a group tour or are you asking for an agent to book hotels, transport, etc and give you suggestions?
If you are looking for an agent to book independent travel for you, I'd highly recommend Santa Maria, who helped us book both of our trips.
If you are looking for a group tour, I don't have a suggestion. Relatively few tour companies go to Burma, and Burma is not set up well for group travel given the limited infrastructure. I'd encourage you to go independently. Burma is perhaps the safest place I've ever traveled to. And going independently gives you more chances to interact with the locals, while group tours can be very insulating.

This thread is turning into a lovefest for Santa Maria!
There are lots of reputable agents in Yangon. But please do use a local agent. While there are international companies that will make travel arrangements in Burma, like Exotimissio, using companies like those will mean much less of your money goes to the locals and more money goes to the generals.

Hi annergizer –
For a small group tour, I can recommend Peregrine’s Burma Unveiled. (peregrineadventures.com) Their itinerary hit the major sights of Yangon, Mandalay, Bagan & Inle Lake. I visited in October 2010 – just before the elections.
Like so many have stated you can easily arrange you own trip.
I chose the small group tour because I wanted to take a break from solo travel and really wanted to visit Burma. This worked out perfectly for me. In the end, I visited a few more sights than I would have on my own, stayed at 3* hotels that I wouldn’t have considered and enjoyed the company of 5 new friends. (group size was 6)
(To balance out the vacation, I planned stops on the way to/from Yangon in Seoul, Bangkok & Tokyo to satisfy my need for independent travel.)
Hope this is helpful & that you decide to visit the wonderful people of Myanmar.
