Next month, my sister and I will be traveling from Boston, MA to Juneau, AK via Alaska Airlines. We have a one hour layover in the airport -- we land at 12:33PM, take off at 1:35PM. I've been to SEA a few times, but don't have a ton of memory about it. I know there is a tram that connects different terminals. Last flight I connected through there I nearly missed with a 50 minute layover (on Delta, though).

Should 1 hour be sufficient? I'm tend to get nervous regarding time when it comes to air travel.

If both legs are on Alaska Airlines, They will announce what gate your connecting flight will leave from.
Your plane from Boston will likely land and pull to a C concourse gate. Most of the flights to Alaska leave from an N(north) terminal so you will have to take a shuttle.
If in doubt, check with the automated assistant (Jenn) on the Alaska Airlines website.

See if you can find out from the airline which concourse and gates you will be using.

Alaska changes gate assignments quite often; you won't know until the day of the flight. Flights from Boston have been deplaning at both C and N gates for the last couple of days.

An hour is adequate regardless. You'll get both boarding passes in Boston, and even if you have to ride the train to the north satellite, your total travel time between gates in the worst case will be under 20 min.
