I wouldn't bank on it. Still it should lead to some interesting court cases - is it illegal to kill someone using a mobile on a plane and is shoving a mobile phone where the sun don't shine assault.
Still knowing Ryanair they'll charge you for assaulting mobile phone users (but if you book it in advance...)

Oh, and ps, I usually don't visit this forum (and thank God you say) but postings are sooo slooow on the Asia-Africa board. Anyone else notice??
