Cheaptickets.com is the worst of the worst

Don't ever book anything with them. They do not have the best price and they dont give a rats ass about thier customers at all. Rude and incompetent.
I even asked or thier names and they have not given it to me. I will be telling everyone i know about thier horrible business and every review site i can find.
I am still on hold. It has been 4 hrs.
They made a mistake wit my flught shcedule but all they can say after 3 phone calls. 3 representatives is "there is nothing we can do" and i still get stuck with the charge. What the hell!!!
I had to speak to 3 different people at 3 different call service center who, all of then could not connect with each other to figure out the same problem only to tell me after hrs of holds, the same "solution"

Sorry this happened to you, but general best advise is to purchase air direct from airlines.

>>They made a mistake wit my flught shcedule<< How can THEY make a mistake with YOUR flight schedule? It is a self booking tool, so if you booked the wrong thing, then that would be your mistake. That would be why they cannot do anything, once you book and pay, there is no turning back.

I don't whose "general best advise" justineparis is quoting, I certainly do not regard that as advice. Or maybe it is thought that if you mess up your own booking on airline website, that the airline will sort it out FOC.

I tend to avoid any business with Cheap in the business name. It's rarely a good sign.

Cheap tickets has been around for more than 30 years -- I doubt your kvetching w/ your friends will upset them one little bit.

Yes, most of the time (though not always) YOU make a mistake - YOU eat it.

This is one side of the story and at that its incomplete. No specifics at all. We will never hear from the website and likely never hear again from the OP.

it isn't just cheap airlines that screw up. I was on the phone with Untied for over 7 hrs one day, and another 4-5 hours the next as I was exhausted from talking being transferred from place to place to place. I documented everything, time and people I spoke to and their help or lack of - mostly lack of. Finally got fed up and wrote to United directly. After much discussion again, They corrected the mistake and offered me a $25 flight coupon for my troubles to which I gave a hearty laugh and suggested they up the package as my time was worth far more than $25 considering it was their error to begin with. I ended up with 2 free flights which I gladly accepted.
