Hello,
Just a quick question. I know that you are always looking for pics of camps/lodges for your website but do you also want pics of towns and various locales? The reason I ask is because I greatly appreciate your efforts on your website and would like to contribute as much as I can. Will be in Uganda, Kenya and then Tanzania for three weeks at the beginning of May. Typical places and even more common lodging but I'll forward the pics on to you anyways.
Cheers,
Juliet

Hi Juliet
THANK YOU! Yes, we are looking for pics of any interesting places and things that can enhance the maps and help others with safari planning.
In return, and based on so many requests from the safari-public, we are again seriously considering to make our Google Earth Earth data freely available to all.
A good compromise may be to share our Google Earth data with anyone who contribute (or commit to contribute) some pics and/or GPS waypoints to us.

What sort of GPS waypoints do you want? We are headed to Tanzania in June for three weeks and my husband has a GPS. I don't know if he's planning on bringing it but its not like it takes up that much room!

Hello again,
So four months on I finally have most of my pictures sorted. My travel mates thought I was mad for taking so many pics of the interiors of the lodges we stayed at so now I need to prove to them that there was a reason for my madness. How should I send you the pics for your website and is there a particular size or format that you would prefer.
Cheers,
Juliet

Hi Juliet
I get to visit Fodor's only a few times a month - most of the time nowadays I am in the bush in East Africa. I am getting ready to return on Sep 12 for another 48 great days in Tanzania, Kenya and Rwanda!
Thank you for your pics - I really appreciate it!
Please contact me via http://www.go-safari.com/safari_contact.htm
Kind regards
Eben
