I have stayed at Riad Sekkat in Marrakech and can definitely recommend it for families.

Try VRBO as they have all sorts of rentals. Kids might enjoy a place with a good pool than a Riad.We just rented a quite nice appearing place for a Marrakech week that includes a full time maid, a cook as desired, airport transfer, and even a cell phone.And supposedly a very clean well kept pool in an adjacent property.
