Red Bank Lodge

Overlooking the Little Southwest Miramichi River in unspoiled countryside, this lovely cedar lodge is run by members of the local Mi'kmaq First Nations and is close to the Metepenagiag Heritage Park. Salmon fishing, wildlife viewing, and History and Culture packages are offered. The comfortable rooms, decorated with aboriginal artwork, have private bathrooms and direct access onto the wraparound deck, screened in summer. Much of the food served incorporates items that have sustained the Mi'kmaq people for centuries. The lounge has games and a TV.
