You can't transfer miles from one person's account to another without some serious fees.
The only economical way to "exchange" miles with someone is to book that person a ticket in his/her name, and have that person book one in your name in exchange.
With under 25K miles, you can't even do that for most domestic itinerary.

I have plenty of AA miles and I don't need the extra miles to "complete" a ticket.
What happens is that I have those NWA miles that I accrued with a ticket I purchased to Bangkok. I don't think I'm ever going to use them and before loosing them I thought of exchanging them for AA miles.

I've never used this website --Fly Hub . . . however it appears to be a place on which people can buy/sell miles. BUT, you'd need to have enought miles for a ticket ..... and I know that AA requires 25k for a domestic ticket. Guessing that most other carriers may have a similar requirement.
