Will my 6 yr. old like Universal?
The two older siblings certainly will, I know. I'm wondering if there would be enough at Universal to keep the 6 yr old happy or whether I should send the older ones there with their Dad for the day while we do ...what? Go back to Disney for a 3rd day?
Any suggestions please? How did you manage juggling different ages?

Is your 6 year old a boy? If so, definitely. My sons went first when the youngest was 7 and he declared it "way cooler than Disney". Now that they are 10 and 13, they don't even want to go to Disney anymore, just Universal.
If the 6 year old is a girl, she still will enjoy Universal, maybe not more than Disney, but I would definitely choose Universal over a 3rd day at Disney! You'll like the change too.

Even my 4 year old loved Universal, especially the E.T. ride. There's plenty there. If your 6 year old watches Nickelodeon, he'd like the Nickelodeon tour, where he can get slimed (ask him what that is).

If your 6 yr old daughter is anything like mine were at that age, she will LOVE the Dr. Seuss area in Islands of Adventure. It is something to behold! Even the bathrooms are wacky and magical! And you must ride the Cat in the Hat ride! Have fun!

Caribgirl, put your kid in a bright red shirt that day, and have her practice raising her hand...why? Cause when my kids were that age, we visited Universal, and they asked for volunteers to be -- you guessed it -- slimed!!! They chose my daughter, and it was a pretend filming of a "sliming". She even got to shower afterwards! She's nineteen now, and she still talks about it!

We saw Sponge Bob at Universal this past summer. For loads of information on Universal, go to www.disboards.com and click on the Universal Forums.
