Will I Ask For A Refund And Go Somewhere Else????

I really don't see how you could possibly get a refund or think that you deserve one. If you got a cold and sore throat would a refund be do you? I have rented beachfront property and had hurricanes, camped for a week and had rain and 30 degree temps, sailed and had no wind. You place your bets, you takes your chances.

shaz60, I can certainly see the landlord's position. As I said above, those landlords offering refunds are doing it as a goodwill gesture. I'm not concerned about it any longer; we are going to have a great time whatever, although I wish we could have had a great time in the water ALSO!
