WORKING FARM IN FLORIDA?

Looking for a working farm tour or weekend vacation in Florida. Can't find anything on the internet. Does anyone know of such a place? Need a fun weekend for a 13 year old Grandson interested in animals..

Does it have to be Florida. You could visit Heifer International's farm in ______.

What part of Florida? It's a big state.

Here in Central Florida, there is Green Meadows Farm, but it's more tourist attraction than actual working farm. It does have a petting zoo. http://www.greenmeadowsfarm.com/

In North Florida, you might check out Dudley Farm http://friendsofdudleyfarm.org/ or Magnolia Farms http://www.magnoliafarms.org/

We live in Central Florida, outside of Daytona Beach, but are willing to do some traveling. Grandson is in 4H program and thought this would be an educational vacation. I wasn't rally looking for history as much as a real working farm with farm animals.
