TIP: I found that if you use the Rate Code "LAST" on the Hertz website, within three or four weeks of your date of travel, Hertz will provide a mid or full size vehicle at a lower price than ANY size vehicle, with ANY rental company. This has worked for me three times in Phila, once in Seattle, just this year, and rates were honored each time. I got a big car at a really low rate. Try it!

P.S. If you do book, join their "number one" club for free, and step right up to the counter at their separate line for members.

Patrick - that is odd because when we (hubby and I) rented in Florida this past December, we were told by the counter agent that because we were members the additional driver (me) would not be extra.
