White Sox game

My daughter and I will be in Chicago in June. We have tickets to see the White Sox on a Tuesday. Is it safe for a mom and daughter at Guaranteed? We’re staying downtown so we can drive or take the red line. Any suggestions are appreciated!

The trains will be full of other game-goers so should be fine, so long as you're going when most would travel in/out. Safety in numbers and all that. If it's a night game, I might consider driving, but you could argue a person may be more vulnerable to theft walking to/from their car. I'd probably do the train and go with the herd. Just the usual: crossbody bag, don't flaunt valuables, keep your head up and stay alert. The walk from the train to the park is an easy one. It is a great ballpark, so have fun!
