Which hotel in Oahu?

Which hotel - for scenery, setting, and overall luxury in Oahu? This is a special anniversary trip! We do not want Waikiki at all but want to stay on Oahu.
Turtle Bay Resort
The Kahala
JW Ilihani Resort
Thanks!!

Turtle Bay and Ihilani are quite out of the way from anything else. If you are looking for that kind of hotel stay....I'd pick the Ihilani.

Otherwise, the Kahala is a good choice that keeps you in luxury but out of Waikiki, with the option to access civilization if you want to.

Thanks! I don't care about being out of the way or doing other sightseeing there. We are coming back from Australia and just want a "paradise" to relax at and unwind from the long trip there!

Just got back from Oahu and walked around Turtle Bay. It's wonderful! Our friends stayed in a guest cottage and thought it was Heaven. I ate at the poolside restaurant and had great fish tacos. I hear the nicer restaurant, Ola's, is fabulous. Have a great trip!!!

Does Kahala still have one of those "swim with dolphins" programs?

A lot of negative posts about those.
