I really enjoyed the Omni. It's connected to the CNN Center, so it was nice for running over to grab something quick to eat without leaving the hotel if we were too tired and didn't want to travel. Nice room, nice service.

I just changed my room reservations from the Westin Peachtree to the Ritz Carlton after reading numerous bad reviews of the Westin. I had a non refundable prepaid reservation at the Westin, and after contacting Starwood, they refunded the cost of the room based on what I had read and the concerns that I expressed. Good luck. Hopefully the Ritz will not disapoint us.
