Where to go for a late Sept. honeymoon??

I am afraid to go to the Caribbean in late Sept because of the hurricane season. We were thinking maybe Arizona, but I still am unsure? Any cool ideas???

New England? Could be the very beginning of leaf season in Maine or northern Vermont.

Late September is the peak season for aspen changing color in Southwestern Colorado. Telluride, Ouray, and other places along the Million Dollar Highway would be beautiful. September is my favorite month in this part of Colorado. Probably anywhere in the Rocky Mountains would be a great choice in September.

How about Amangani (Jackson Hole)? It is not the beach but should be beautiful in late fall

There is nowhere more beautiful in late September than Europe, especially the Mediterranean. I've been there lots of times in September (Portugal, Greek Islands, Italy)...it's always been in the 80's without a single cloud in the sky, for weeks! Plus the huge tourist crowd is gone. You can't beat it.

I was in Provence last September and it was lovely. Paris was gray and rainy.

monterey/carmel for a few nights and then head north to the wine country or south to san diego for a few nights.
