We'll be in Bruges on a Friday & Saturday night in May and would like recommendations as to where to stay -- any price range. A boutique style hotel would be nice.

We loved the reasonably priced and perfectly located Hotel Adornes. The front desk manager, Natalie, provides excellent advice to make your visit special. The breakfast is very good. Enjoy yourself.

Albina is the most gracious hostess and the place is charming. My wife and I usually do not stay at B&Bs but we loved this place.

The Adornes Hotel seems to be sold out already. Does anyone recommend the Hotel Ter Brughe?

As far as I know the Ter Brughe is in serious need of an update. The location is good.

Who can comment on these three hotels? Hotel Aragon, Oud Huis de Peellaert, and Oud Huis Amsterdam? Thanks.

Oud Huis de Peellaert is very nice, but you have to make sure they guarantee you a room NOT facing the street because there is a very noisy youth hostel across the street from their front entrance. The young people gather outside in the street until the wee hours. Otherwise it is a lovely hotel and the location is also very good.
