Highly recommend Bed & Breakfast Yasmine ([email protected])
Albina is the most gracious hostess and the place is charming. My wife and I usually do not stay at B&Bs but we loved this place.
Check it out on TripAdvisor.
Have a great visit.

The Adornes is a nice budget option. If you can invest a little more try one of these: http://www.hoteltuilerieen.com/default.asp?iID=GDJILF http://www.hoteltuilerieen.com/default.asp?iID=GDJILF (here you have to book a suite, the rooms are definitely too small!). We have stayed in both of the above and loved it, our all time favourite by far is a B&B though: http://www.bruges-bedandbreakfast.be/ I would recommend the room called Clin d`Oeil

Oud Huis de Peellaert is very nice, but you have to make sure they guarantee you a room NOT facing the street because there is a very noisy youth hostel across the street from their front entrance. The young people gather outside in the street until the wee hours. Otherwise it is a lovely hotel and the location is also very good.

This one is larger but very new and absolutely lovely. Here you would want a room in the old part (!) of the hotel. http://www.grandhotelcasselbergh.com/
