Where do I go in Amish country (Ohio)?

Planning a first time excursion this weekend to Amish Country in Ohio (from Columbus). I'm not exactly sure where to go though.
I know that Holmes and Wayne counties are the right area, but what are the spots I should make sure to see? Are there specific attractions/restaurants/bakeries/etc. that are "must sees"? Anything there that will help interest the kids (4 & 8) in this day trip?
Thanks for your input!

Holmes County and the Inn at Honey Run are my picks. You can call 1-800-Buckeye for more info on Amish country.

Thanks. I have done the 1-800-BUCKEYE thing and got some travel info and I'll visit the website suggested, but does anyone have personal favorites?

Melh-The Inn at Honey Run in Millersburg is one of my family's favorites as is Holmes County. I think I mentioned that in the above thread as one of my picks, sorry I didn't clarify.

My parents always stay at the Amish Country Inn.

Has anyone been to Shrock's Amish farm and home or to Yoder's Amish home? Is either one worth going to? I thought that they might offer some insight into the Amish lifestyle - something that might especially help the kids understand.
