I hear ya-- just checked on a flight from Minneapolis to San Diego...$577 for a non-stop with a Saturday stay AND even leaving Sunday at 6:30AM! Crazy--I usually pay about $250-$300. Also, Minneapolis to Dallas- $315! I used to pay $130 pre 9-11 for a non-stop. I expected prices to go up but this seems out of control.

Laura,
Try www.discountflights.com. My fiance and I are going to Greece in Sept. for our Honeymoon. First we tried all of the usual online web sites, Hotwire, Expedia, Travelocity, etc. Then we saw a posting on Fodors for www.discount flights.com We got our round trip tickets for $800 each on Lufthansa (the lowest on all the other sites was $1100). They have domestic fights as well. It's worth a shot. Good luck!

Well I am going to Denver from NYC in August and easily found a $250 per person round trip fare on JetBlue. Of course after I booked the non-refundable tickets I found a $150 offer on United through Yahoo Travel, but the time of departure was inconveniant, and so was the airport (LGA), and JetBlue had better ratings so I decided not to go with the hassle of getting ne wtickets etc... So in general look at Yahoo! Travel and JetBlue.
