what is your favorite cruise line

Thinking of summer cruise. What is your favorite cruise line, why, and to where?

If you've never taken a cruise before...DON'T Start now. They are overrun with terrorist children who will overtake you at every turn. Had to throw a couple over the side just to defend myself. CARNIVAL in particular is known to harbor Terrorist children. But it's not just the little criminals running the ship....BEWARE of the Cruise Entertainment Director, who Tortures you constantly over the Public Address system....AND THERE IS NO ESCAPE.....Short of Mutiny. I've laid the Plot down several times....If only a few more passengers would have given their support.
And try to evade the ships Photographer. Their is no privacy. At every turn, your photo is being taken so that they can turn around and sell it to you for $40.
BEWARE the cruise lines...the first portal to HELL!

Royal Carribean has been our only crusing experience but have not been disappointed on any of our three cruises. Not sure about summer cruising with all the children out of school but the higher class the line, the less likely you would find lots of kids.

Did you ever go to WDW and wait in line for Jungle Cruise? Went on for miles and miles and miles...

Carnival is my favorite. For one thing, the cabins are much bigger (I think 50% bigger than any other cruise line). On Royal Carribbean, we actually had to back in and out of the bathroom in our cabin! Also, I have to agree that in the summer there will probably be a lot more kids on board. If you're and anti-children type, you wont like it. We cruise in March/April usually. As for destination...Cancun was fun, Grand Cayman was a let down, but Virgin Islands was awesome! You will love cruising. It's wonderful! Check out the Fodors book on cruising at amazon.com. It was so helpful to us on our first cruise. Enjoy!!

Not bein' the fancy type - I thought Carnival was right nice and a darn good price too. I didn't mind the photograph guy hovering around -got pretty used to it in Africa.
