After a few days of Union Square opeing after its facelift, it will be be a prime space for the homeless. I can already see it, sipping coffee in the outdoor cafe area while a homeless person is relieving himself/herself at one of the palm trees. What a great place to relax after shopping at one of the same old chain stores that you can find in the malls. I would rather shop at Stonestown Galleria. At least there I don't need to put up with the nasty smell of urine as I am walking from one store to the next.
