Website available to watch for bargain fares?
I am trying to keep an eye out for good deals for a flight between early June to early July from either Madison, WI or Chicago to Seattle. If I could find one under $300 out of Chicago that would be great. When I go to the travel sites I can find a somewhat decent flight out at a good time, but then the return flight with the same price is either at 6AM (too early) or 3-5 PM (too late) and the ones I would like (between 10AM and 1PM) jack the cost of the ticket up $75-$100. Any sites I can keep an eye on?

I'd sign up for Southwest's "Ding" fares.
I've flown on "Ding" fares the last 3 or 4 trips I've taken from Seattle to Chicago, and I've never paid more than $79 plus taxes/fees each way. (Southwest recently had a fare increase, so I think the best you'll do now is $89 each way, even on a "Ding" fare.)
Southwest currently has midweek fares between Seattle and Chicago in June for $127 each way; with taxes and fees, that's $280+ round trip.
If you can travel on midweek dates, you could book that fare now. Then, if a better "Ding" fare comes along, you could book at the lower fare and cancel the original booking. You don't get the money back, but Southwest doesn't charge you a change fee and you can then use that money for up to a year from the date you originally booked the trip.
Hope this helps. Seattle in summer is a nice place to be!

One more thought. If Milwaukee works as well as Madison does, Midwest Express is starting a nonstop Milwaukee-Seattle flight starting June 18th. The round-trip fare I see on MidwestExpress.com is about $277 (taxes/fees included), and it's bookable now.
Don't know if Milwaukee works for you, but if it does this would be another nonstop option.
