I have two suggestions:
Re-post with Hawaii in the subject line--the US is a big place.
Look at www.weather.com where they post historical averages for temperature and precipitation.

The weather is different in different areas of each island. Your question needs to be more specific. Which island and what part. For Maui, see this:

Here's a general answer to a general question:
Throughout our state, February is more likely to be rainy than May, and cooler too, both day and night. Average say high 70's days and mid 60's nights at sea level. May is usually dry and getting warmer, though nights are still cooler than summer.
