weather in Disneyworld right now?
I am packing to go to Disney in Orlando Jan 26 to 31. What do I pack to wear during the day? I know it will be chilly at night, but what about during the day while at the parks with kids? Shorts? Pants? Long sleeve? Short Sleeve?

pegbrian, everything you mentioned in your first post is appropriate -- shorts, pants, long sleeves, short sleeves. You should have sweaters or jackets available as well -- or sweatshirts could be good. I know you want specific answers, but if today was good for shorts and short sleeves, it doesn't mean that tomorrow will be as well. Right now the weather is cool. You need layers. Any attempts to be more specific will end up making you mad when the weather changes as it does.

Be on the lookout for rain. Cold fronts in Florida are preceded by rain. Sometimes an entire day or night of rain.
Take light cotton jackets, blouses, shirts that you could wear over more light cotton blouses, shirts. Tie them around your waist if it's too hot. Also take heavier (sweats are good) items in case it is colder. Long sleeves are good this time of year. Shorts are good too -- that Florida compromise of shorts with long sleeved shirts is one of my favorites. Long cotton pants, denims are good, khakis. Slip some sandals into your suitcase -- they take up little space and are great if the weather cooperates. Lots of people wear socks with sandals.
And don't be expecting it to be chilly at night, or it will. Shame on you for even thinking it (actually I wore my leather coat tonite but I didn't need it. It's a little chilly right now).
Pay attention to that weather report the closer it gets to take off. Then...enjoy!!!

This morning it was about 38 degrees. This afternoon it was BEAUTIFUL! Clear blue skies and about 75 degrees. Usually a light sweater (or nothing) is needed in the day time. A jacket typically is required in the early mornings. Enjoy your trip!

Absolutely plan to layer. We just returned from Universal/IOA. We wore long pants, short sleeve tops, sweatshirts and hats. We also had rain jackets/ponchos. Even if it isn't raining, you may want to put on the raingear for the wet rides. We took along a backpack to stuff the extra clothes in as the day warmed up. Have a great trip!
