We loved the Hotel Monaco in Denver

I want to thank the people who answered my question about Denver hotels several months ago. Based on your thoughtful replies, I chose the Hotel Monaco, and was very happy. Excellent service, spacious room, luxurious bedding, Aveda toiletries, afternoon wine in the lobby... We particularly enjoyed meeting the resident Jack Russell terrier, Lily. And the restaurant, Panzano, is excellent.

And did you know that Lily is actually Don Johnson's (Miami Vice) dog?

Miami Vice was on 1985-1989, that dog could be anywhere from 14 to 19 years old......

The dog wasn't in Miami Vice, Don Johnson was!!! Duh!

Glad you liked it. I recommended it since it's my husband's favorite. He was just saying that he liked it far more than the Mansion on Turtle Creek, where he stayed last Thursday. Thought the MOTC was WAY overrated, and at any price that he would choose the Monaco!
