Water Parks in Florida

We have teenagers and want to do a water park in Florida. We can tickets for WEt and Wild. Has anyone been there? Or any other good water parks in Florida?

I've been to Adventure Islands, sort of near Tampa. That's a fun place.

For teenages I would have thought Wet and Wild and Blizzaed Beach (in Disney) would be perfect.

Wet and Wild appears to be quite a bit older and concentrates on lots of good rides but loses on the aesthetics. Blizzard Beach is on the theme of a ski resort (in Florida? Yes!) and is very well set out and probably more family orientated than Wet and Wild.

I personally thought Wet and Wild was better for the thrill rides though.

You don't say where in Florida you are looking to go, I've kind of assumed you'll be around Orlando!

We used to go to Wet and Wild years ago (before kids) and had a blast. We lived in the area then and went quite often. Have no idea what else is around there now, but yes, this one had lots of great rides.

I've been to Blizzard Beach (Disney) and Adventure Island (Busch Gardens) and much prefer Adventure Island. I have not tried the one you're wondering about, Wet and Wild.
