Wash. D.C. Ristorante Piccolo vs. Filomena

My husband and I are travelling to D.C. in May and need an opinion re: Italian restaurants in Georgetown. Ristorante Piccolo vs. Filomena?

I've only been to Filomena, and it really is one of the best meals in DC, I usually order the manicotti and arachini as an app. Make a reservation as they usually book up pretty quickly.
