Walt Disney World Hotels

Which on-site hotel would you recommend the Polynesian, Boardwalk or Beach Club? We ahve 3 kids, 7,6 and 5. Positives and negatives are gladly accepted. Thanks

Polynesian mainly for the location. Very near the Magic Kingdom. Good pool. Get to see the fireworks every night from your hotel if you want to.

Poly...right next to the transportation center...it's own monorail stop. Make sure to ask if you can ride in the front. They used to let you do that...a real thrill for the kids.

We stayed at the Poly last month with 5 yr old grandaughter. ..great location and easy to take the launch back from Magic Kingom.

I would advice upgrading to concierge level...especially with young kids.

One of the best sites for info is Disney Board http://disboards.com
It is a "bazillion" times better for WDW than Fodors

Also for the most in depth info on the Poly check out this site

Polynesian was renovated sometime in the last 3 years also. I have stayed at the Boardwalk and Beach Club with kids that age. The Beach Club pool is great for kids as there is a shallow sandy bottom portion that is fun for young kids as well as a hidden kids pool with 2 very small water slides. From the little kids pool you can see the fireworks from Epcot. My kids still talk about the nights in the pool while watching the fireworks.
