Looking for a condo to rent for 1 1/2 months this winter. Needs all cooking areas, stove, micro, etc. Queen or King bed.
Have heard some horror stories about condos people have rented, so any help would be appreciated.
Do not need parking.

A general price range would help. I'll bet for $10,000 a month you can find some FANTASTIC ones.

Sorry I would like something in the range of 1900 to 2300 a month if possible

I have friends who have a one bedroom at Discovery bay that is handled by them. Ask for a high floor (25th +) for stunning view. Central Air, Big lanais, convenient building, parking, etc. Their one bedroom goes for $2400 for a month. I think studio units go for about $1800. ASk for discount w/out parking.
