Vegetarian options in Gatlinburg

I'm going to Gatlinburg for a few days, and wonder if anyone can guide me to any restaurants that are vegetarian-friendly. They do not need to be vegetarian restaurants, as I am traveling with 3 other people who are not vegs. I don't eat seafood, so that's out as well. I'm not too choosy, places with salads or pastas or lots of vegetable side dishes are fine. Thanks everyone!

A friend of my brother's (I think he eats dairy) went to Gatlinburg and had a hard time dining. I think he had appitizers/salad while everyone else ordered other items.

Topper, Fudge isn't vegan.

I know that the Mexican restaurant, No Way Jose's, can make anything that normally has meat, without meat (ie beans, guacamole etc.). The food is excellent!

Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant would be a great stop! It is on the edge of Sevierville/Pigeon Forge. You start off with Apple Fritters and Apple Juleps. Their vegetable and salads are great!
