So Sam your right to a healthy smoke free environment is taken by smokers and that doesn't bother you?

Why are smookers rights more important than your right to fresh and clean air? Odd point of view there Sam.

As a lawyer friend once explained, there is a concept in the law called "moving to the nuisance".

If you move down the street from an existing prison, garbage dump or strip joint, your right to challenge their existence doesn't carry much weight.

My point, if you go to Vegas you either accept the environment as it is and has been for years, smoke-filled, or simply don't go.

We stayed at Bally's and I can't say I even remember smelling smoke the whole time we were there (and I HATE smoking). There were definitly other places we went to where it was very noticeable, Harrahs, Tropicana, MGM.... I also liked Ballys casino because it seems like it is less crowded together and it has very light colored decor so it wasnt stingy and dark.

Wow, it's interesting how opinions and impressions vary. When I think of Bally's casino I think of old Vegas, smoke, 1960's decor and stinky clothing (I was last there 2 months ago).
Places like Mandalay Bay and Bellagio hardly seem like Vegas casinos with the lighting, higher ceilings (MB) and brighter atmosphere.
Just the same, smoke is smoke and there's more of it in LV than anywhere in the US.
