Vegas for a week - Side Trips?
Will be at World Mark on Sunset for a week mid-March. This will be our 5th trip to Vegas. After spending time at our favorite casinos, what would be some good day trips with a rental car. We've flow to the Grand Canyon and driven to Bryce. Also saw part of Valley of Fire park (like to see more of that).
Other ideas??
Also would love some great restaurant recommendations - we like good food & great atmosphere.
We're in our 50's & love traveling to the Caribbean -- just so you know what we're like.
Hope to hear lots of suggestions.

Hi Lois
I took a day trip to the Valley of Fire which was excellent (6hours) when I was in Vegas 2 weeks ago
There is also Red Rock canyon to the West of Vegas.Combine this with a drive up the Road to Mt Charleston ( our tour last year got up over 8000 ft, and there is a distinct change in the vegetation from desert to sub alpine as you climb together with a fall in tempreature of a much as 30 degrees farenheit. (you could get snow in march)It is worth a drive.
Regards
Gregory
