Vacation Ideas
My husband and I are taking a trip in July. We are in our late 20s and no children. We have points/miles for Continental Airlines and Starwood Hotels. I would like to be at a beach or resort in US or Mexico. I am having difficulties becausee there seems to be so many wonderful places. I was thinking Cabo. Any ideas, suggestions, reviews...?

Don't know if you realize the way this site is organized, Mexico would be on the Caribbean board, not the US board. Also, I think a lot of people are travelling for the weekend so the board is slow today. Finally, your title is so vague, you may not get many people checking it.
My suggestion would be first to check Continental's routes/system partners. In fact, given what you want to do, flyertalk.com might be the best place to pose your question. It's a board for ff point users and they're very savvy about how to redeem, when to redeem, how to get the most etc. Check the Continental board there as well as the Starwood board.\
Final thought, I think Mexico will be very hot in July...but maybe you don't care?

McL was trying to help but your response indicates a less than amicable attitude. I am not familiar w/Continental but I am sure you can fly most anywhere w/code share flights etc. I would probably opt for the Keys (personally), or if I wanted to escape the heat, the Napa or Sonoma Valley. A more detailed explanation of what you are truly searching for would be advantageous to your receiving helpful responses.
