Utah Skiing With Toddler

I was hoping some people might be able to give me some advice on what resort area would be good when travelling with a toddler. We are looking to go right before Christmas and would like an area with easy skiing, that is scenic and family oriented. We love the outdoors and want to learn to ski. Although we know our little girl will be too young (18 months at that time) for that, we want to be able to enjoy some activities with her as well.

Any advice is welcomed.

Park City is family oriented with a good bunny hill. There is ski school for the little ones...I see them zipping by me all the time! I have no idea how young they start them...although 18 months does seem a bit young.

We wont be taking her skiing, although the rate she is going with walking/running and such, i think she probably could. I think she would probably like to be pulled around in a sled. Didn't know if there were any sleigh rides we could do etc. I know it sounds corny, but not much you can do with an 18 month old.

It will be her first time in snow (hopefully) so we are more likely to do family things. Then maybe a catch a day or two on the bunny slopes ( we are from Florida)!

Is Colorado a better place to go for this type of vacation?
